What exactly should I send?+
Any link that shows your business works: Instagram, Google Maps, your current site, a menu photo, or a price list. If you have no link, send 3–5 sentences about your business with some photos.
How fast will my site be ready?+
Average build time is 5 minutes after you send your link. On the Agency plan, you get a priority queue and a dedicated manager. Rare exceptions (complex sources, lots of photos) may take up to 30 minutes.
What if I'm not a designer and don't know what I want?+
That's totally fine. No brief needed: we'll extract your services, prices, photos, and reviews from your sources and propose a ready design. Then just tell us what to adjust.
Can I connect my own domain?+
Yes, on Pro and Agency plans. We'll connect your existing domain or register a new one — it's included. Your site will be live on your domain within an hour of connection.
What about edits after launch?+
Free plan includes up to 2 edits per month. Pro and Agency have unlimited edits. Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp — we respond within a couple of hours during business hours.
Can I see it before paying?+
Yes. We build a demo site from your link for free. If you like it, you pay and the site goes live. If not, you lose nothing.
